Bishops Castle Michaelmas Fair

The Jaipur Kawa Brass Band in action at Bishops Castle Fair: a mix of brass, jazz and South Asian influences – great world/fusion music! They had their own gyrating dancer and a juggler/sword swallower some of whose displays made you wince. Add street theatre from Kaleidoscope, a steam vehicle procession (loud, smoky and beautiful) and ferret racing for a really eclectic day out. Oh, great shops and pubs too.
